"National contingency plan"

Sec. 136. "National contingency plan", for purposes of IC 13-25-4 , refers to the plan that: (1) was established and is revised by the President of the United States; and (2) includes the national hazardous substance response plan that is required under Section 105 of CERCLA (42 U.S.C. 9605) and published in 40 CFR 300.
