Sec. 125. "Manifest", for purposes of environmental management laws except IC 13-20-4-7 , means the form used for identifying the: (1) quantity; (2) composition; and (3) origin, routing, and destination; of hazardous waste during its transportation from the point of generation to the point of disposal, treatment, or storage.
