Sec. 101. "Hazardous waste landfill", for purposes of IC 13-22-9 , means a hazardous waste disposal facility at which hazardous waste is deposited on or beneath the surface of the ground as an intended place of final location. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-32-1.]
