Sec. 0.2. (a) The amendments made to IC 13-7-8.7-8 (a) and IC 13-7-8.7-8 (b) (before their repeal, now codified at sections 48 and 81, respectively, of this chapter) by P.L.25-1991 apply to an action for which a final determination of liability is made after June 30, 1991. (b) The amendments made to IC 13-7-20-24 (before its repeal, now partly codified at sections 48 and 81 of this chapter) by P.L.25-1991 apply to an action for which a final determination of liability is made after June 30, 1991.
