Indiana Code § 12-7-2-95

"Grant-in-aid"

Sec. 95. (a) "Grant-in-aid", for purposes of the statutes listed in subsection (b), means any money paid by the federal government to the state or any money paid by the state to a county for the purpose of defraying any of the expenses, claims, allowances, assistance, or obligations authorized by this title.       (b) This section applies to the following statutes: (1) IC 12-13 . (2) IC 12-14 . (3) IC 12-15 . (4) IC 12-19 . [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-1-1(g).]
