Sec. 24. "Bureau" means the following: (1) For purposes of IC 12-10 , the bureau of aging and in-home services established by IC 12-10-1-1 . (2) For purposes of IC 12-11 , the bureau of disabilities services established by IC 12-11-1.1-1 . (3) For purposes of IC 12-12 , the rehabilitation services bureau of the division of disability and rehabilitative services established by IC 12-12-1-1 .
