Indiana Code § 12-7-2-198

"Visually impaired"

Sec. 198. (a) "Visually impaired", for purposes of the statutes listed in subsection (b), refers to an individual who has a visual acuity between 20/60 and 20/200 in the individual's better eye with the best correction or a corresponding loss in visual field.       (b) This section applies to the following statutes: (1) IC 12-12-1 . (2) IC 12-12-3 . [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 4-28-10-8.]
