Sec. 197.3. "Veteran at risk" means a veteran or active duty member of the armed forces of the United States, the national guard, or a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States who is known, based on information provided by a person making a report under IC 12-10-18-1 , to have a physical or mental health condition that is related to the veteran's military service.
