Indiana Code § 12-7-2-122.3

"Knew or know"

Sec. 122.3. "Knew" or "know", for purposes of IC 12-15-23 , means that a person, regarding information: (1) has actual knowledge of information; (2) acts in deliberate ignorance of the truth or falsity of the information; or (3) acts in reckless disregard of the truth or falsity of the information.
