Sec. 40. The board of managers may prosecute and defend suits in its own name. A suit may be brought against the board of managers in any court with jurisdiction in the county. A notice or summons concerning a suit against the board of managers shall be served upon the administrator. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-4-6-15 part.]
