Sec. 39. The amount to be charged for the care and treatment of patients or residents in a health center established under this chapter shall be an amount sufficient to cover the operating cost of the health center. The board of managers shall set the per diem or room and board rates for each division of the health center and the clinic or ancillary service charges. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-4-6-14.]
