Sec. 13. At the annual meeting the board of managers shall elect a president and vice president who serve for one (1) year terms. The proceedings of the board of managers shall be recorded in an official minute book maintained by the secretary. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-4-6-3 part.]
