Cases in which seclusion or restraint may be used

Sec. 1. A service provider may use seclusion or restraint of a patient only in the following cases: (1) When necessary to prevent danger of abuse or injury to the patient or others. (2) As a measure of therapeutic treatment. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-14-1.6-6 part.]
