Sec. 3. Subject to section 4 of this chapter, a patient receiving services or training in a residential setting is conditionally entitled to do all of the following: (1) Wear the individual's own clothes. (2) Keep and use personal possessions. (3) Keep and spend a reasonable amount of the individual's own money. (4) Have access to individual storage space for private use.
