Sec. 3. If an individual is transferred under section 1 of this chapter, the transferring facility shall provide a copy of the individual's current medical and treatment records to the facility to which the commitment of the individual is transferred. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-14-9.1-17(b).]
