Responsibility to supply clothing after admission

Sec. 7. After a patient has been admitted to a state institution, it is the responsibility of: (1) the patient; (2) the payee of any type of benefit received on behalf of a patient; or (3) the responsible parties of the patient; to supply clothing requested by the superintendent for the patient.
