Sec. 4. Except as provided in section 5 of this chapter, an alcohol and drug services program and accompanying services and treatment facilities shall be open only to the individuals over whom the court has jurisdiction. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-13-6.1-30(c) part.]
