Violations; denial of aid

Sec. 6. An individual may be denied township assistance for not more than one hundred eighty (180) days whenever the individual or a member of the individual's household: (1) has been: (A) sent by a township where the individual does not reside to a location outside the township at the individual's request or by court order; and (B) transported to a location outside the township at public expense; and (2) knowingly reapplies for assistance in the township from which the individual or member of the individual's household was sent.
