Indiana Code § 12-20-8-1

"Resident" defined

Sec. 1. For purposes of this chapter, an individual is a "resident" of a township or county if the individual: (1) has located in the township or county; and (2) intends to make the township or county the individual's sole place of residence. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-2-1-5(b) part.]
