Sec. 2. The governor may not do any of the following: (1) Hold a hearing in reference to a township trustee's official duties. (2) Remove a township trustee from office. (3) Declare the office of a township trustee vacant. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-20-1 part.]
