Sec. 2. (a) The township trustee, as administrator of township assistance, may participate in surplus agricultural commodities distributions provided by the United States Department of Agriculture to the state. (b) A township trustee, as administrator of township assistance: (1) may establish the trustee's own distribution plan; or (2) shall participate jointly with at least one (1) other township trustee who serves as administrator of township assistance.
