Sec. 4. (a) The release and use of information of a general nature shall be provided as needed for adequate interpretation or development of the program. (b) The information described in subsection (a) includes the following: (1) Total program expenditures. (2) The number of recipients. (3) Statistical and social data used in connection with studies. (4) Reports or surveys on health and welfare problems.
