Expiration of injunctions for creation of imminent danger

Sec. 31. A court order granted under section 29(b)(2)(B) of this chapter expires upon the later of the following: (1) Sixty (60) calendar days after the order is issued. (2) When a final division decision is issued under sections 20 through 22 of this chapter if notice of an enforcement action is issued under section 19 of this chapter.
