Sec. 7. The school age child care project fund is established. The fund consists of money appropriated under IC 6-7-1-30.2 (c). The purpose of the fund is to provide a source from which state grants may be made to school corporations or nonprofit organizations that establish and operate school age child care programs in Indiana.
