Sec. 4. (a) The division shall contract with the same contractor with which the office contracts under IC 12-15-30 to provide administrative and fiscal services to implement this chapter. (b) A contract for services is not subject to IC 5-22 . [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-5-7-5.]
