Sec. 1. Except as provided in IC 12-15-41 , IC 12-15-44.5 , and IC 12-17.6 , an enrollment fee, a premium, a copayment, or a similar charge may not be imposed as a condition of an individual's eligibility for Medicaid. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-7-16(c) part.]
