Confidential identifying information; release of cumulative nonidentifying information

Sec. 34. (a) Information that identifies an individual collected under this chapter is confidential and may not be disclosed by the board.       (b) The board may have access to identifying information for purposes of carrying out intervention activities. The identifying information may not be released to anyone other than a member of the board.       (c) The board may release cumulative non-identifying information for purposes of legitimate research.
