Indiana Code § 12-15-35-21

Board; appointment; term

Sec. 21. (a) The members of the board shall be appointed by the governor and serve a term of three (3) years.       (b) The governor shall fill a vacancy on the board by appointing a new member to serve the remainder of the unexpired term.       (c) The governor may remove a member for cause.
