Sec. 9. The commission shall meet at least two (2) times per year at a public meeting to do the following: (1) Review a report submitted under this chapter. (2) Provide feedback and make recommendations to the office of the secretary concerning the provision of nonemergency medical transportation services. (3) Approve any monies to be awarded to a broker as part of a withhold provision outlined in the contract between the office of the secretary and the broker.
