Indiana Code § 12-15-30.5-3

"Nonemergency medical transportation"

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "nonemergency medical transportation" means medically necessary transportation to Medicaid covered services for an eligible Medicaid recipient who: (1) participates in the Medicaid fee-for-service program; and (2) does not have available transportation to: (A) a Medicaid reimbursable service; or (B) a pharmacy to obtain Medicaid reimbursable pharmacy services.
