Sec. 3. The office shall, upon receipt of notice of appeal under section 1 of this chapter, set the matter for hearing and give the applicant or recipient an opportunity for a fair hearing in the county in which the recipient resides. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-7-23 part.]
