Sec. 7. A child in a family who receives TANF assistance and is less than twenty-one (21) years of age but not otherwise eligible to be included in section 2 or 3 of this chapter is eligible to receive Medicaid. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-7-14.4(5).]
