Indiana Code § 12-15-2-16

Eligibility of individuals under 18 years of age

Sec. 16. An individual: (1) who is less than eighteen (18) years of age; (2) who is described in 42 U.S.C. 1396a(a)(10)(A)(ii); and (3) who is: (A) a child in need of services (as defined in IC 31-34-1 ); (B) a child placed in the custody of the department of child services under IC 31-35-6-1 (or IC 31-6-5-5 before its repeal); or (C) a child placed under the supervision or in the custody of the department of child services by an order of the court; is eligible to receive Medicaid.
