Sec. 15. (a) The office shall administer the program of assignment, enforcement, and collection of rights of payments for medical care that is provided for under 42 U.S.C. 1396k. (b) The office may enter into contracts to administer the program described in subsection (a). (c) The secretary shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this section.
