Sec. 10. The secretary may: (1) take actions; (2) give directions; and (3) adopt procedures and rules under IC 4-22-2 ; necessary to carry out the Medicaid program and the federal Social Security Act to provide Medicaid and ensure uniform equitable treatment of applicants for and recipients of Medicaid.
