Methods for transmittal of voter registration applications or declinations

Sec. 5. A designated employee may use any of the following methods to transmit voter registration applications or declinations under section 3 or 4 of this chapter: (1) Hand delivery to the county voter registration office. (2) Delivery by the United States Postal Service, using first class mail. (3) Electronic transfer, after approval by the co-directors of the election division.
