Social Security Act and regulations; acceptance and compliance

Sec. 3. (a) The state accepts all of the provisions and benefits of the federal Social Security Act and regulations adopted under the federal Social Security Act.       (b) The division and the county offices may administer and shall observe and comply with all of the requirements of the federal Social Security Act and regulations issued under the federal Social Security Act.
