Sec. 18. The director of the division shall prepare a biennial budget of money necessary to be appropriated by the general assembly for the division for the purposes of IC 12-13 through IC 12-19 . The budget must include an estimate of all federal money that may be allotted to the state by the federal government for the purposes of the division.
