Sec. 12. (a) The office of the secretary shall submit to the general assembly an annual report regarding 211 operations. The report must include information regarding all services provided through 211 and a description of changes in the information as compared to the year preceding the year for which the report is issued. (b) The office of the secretary shall submit the report under subsection (a): (1) not later than June 1 of each year; and (2) in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
