Sec. 3. The bureau shall do the following: (1) Plan, establish, and operate programs and services relating to child development services. (2) Design all necessary state plans for child development services required for the receipt and disbursement of any money available to the state from the federal government. (3) Direct the disbursement and administer the use of money from all sources for child development programs administered under this article. IC 12-12.7-2 Chapter 2.
