Sec. 1. The bureau shall: (1) establish, equip, and operate; or (2) contract to establish, equip, and operate; a rehabilitation center to assure that comprehensive rehabilitation services are available to blind and visually impaired individuals. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 4-28-10-15(a).]
