Sec. 6. The bureau shall, upon request of an applicant for state civil service (as defined in IC 4-15-2.2-10 ), determine whether the applicant is an individual with a disability who is eligible to be appointed under IC 4-15-2.2-33 . [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 4-28-10-17(b).]
