Sec. 4. (a) The division of aging established by IC 12-9.1-1-1 shall administer the caretaker support program established under this chapter. (b) The division of aging shall do the following: (1) Subject to section 9 of this chapter, adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 for the coordination and administration of the caretaker support program. (2) Administer any money for the caretaker support program that is appropriated by the general assembly.
