Sec. 9. A person who: (1) produces radiation; or (2) produces, uses, stores, sells, or otherwise disposes of radioactive materials; in violation of this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor. Each day a violation continues, after notification in writing of the offense by the department, constitutes a separate offense.   IC 10-19-12 Chapter 12.
