Sec. 10. The officers and trustees of a memorial corporation may adopt bylaws for the guidance and conduct of the memorial corporation's affairs as the officers and trustees consider proper. However, the bylaws may not conflict with this chapter. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-12-10.]
