Sec. 9. (a) The commission may employ a superintendent. (b) The superintendent shall give bond in an amount and with surety to be approved by the commission. (c) The superintendent's duties and compensation shall be prescribed by the commission. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-2-24 part.]
