Sec. 10. (a) The commission shall employ an individual who is responsible for the care and preservation of all personal property owned by the commission that has historic significance. (b) The individual employed by the commission under subsection (a) must meet the qualifications set by the division of state museums and historic sites of the department of natural resources.
