Sec. 2. The home may receive for the use of the institution and expend as the donor directs: (1) gifts; (2) legacies; (3) devises; and (4) conveyances; of real and personal property that are made, given, or granted to or for the home or in its name. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-6-1-5.]
