Disorderly conduct in presence of court-martial

Sec. 12. (a) A person connected with the military service: (1) shall treat a court-martial with respect; and (2) in default of respectful consideration, may be proceeded against by arrest and trial.       (b) A person who is not connected with the military service shall behave with respect and decorum toward a court-martial.       (c) A person who engages in disorderly conduct in the presence of a court-martial commits a Class C infraction.
