Jurisdiction; presumptions and burden of proof

Sec. 10. The jurisdiction of the courts and boards established by this chapter is presumed, and the burden of proof rests on any person seeking to oust the courts or boards of jurisdiction in any action or proceedings. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-2-5-10.]
